This compliance is based on the knowledge of our context of action, anticipating the needs and expectations of our stakeholders in regards with the quality of our products and services. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary that our strategy focuses rigorously and in a continued manner in the following four areas:

Our management system is based on the IATF 16949 standard and has been designed to adapt to the changing market requirements through the constant improvement of our products and services, and the reduction of plant defects.
We obtain total quality through the involvement of all company members including suppliers, being based on the principle of:

So basically, total Quality is a culture that relies on a language, methods and common strategies and tools described in the Quality Management System. Total Quality requires the constant involvement of all organization members in order to improve:

The Quality Policy deployment on each company department ensures that it is properly understood and effectively implemented in daily work, creating a framework to establish and monitor the Quality Objectives, within the Quality Committee and / or Reviews by the Management.
